So this is my first post and my attempt to blog my weight loss journey.
I'm following the Weight Watchers Point Program but incorporating the Glycemic Index into my eating plan.
Each day I will post my food journal with points for that day as well as any thoughts, meanderings and struggles I may come across and of course, delicious recipes that I come up with or find.
