Weigh In Week 32


This felt like a hard week! I have a post in my head about being below 190 but saving it for when it feels more real - if I get to 185 I'll post it!

    It is SO encouraging to me to see you back at it, consistently and seeing results. I am going to follow Enz...I am. I am happy to be just under 190 and maintain that at this point.
