Hi Enz! Love this post because it is EXACTLY that way. Exactly. If a person stays away from the carbs that cause cravings life is so much better and slimmer. Thanks for this!
Agree! I sometimes relapse a bit and end up eating a bit more carbs than normal. The important thing is to move forward. I'd like to think I stay in the teal section a bit more than I do the other areas of the insanity cycle :)
That first little taste of something is what always gets me. It is so hard to sometimes control not getting to the next step. I have been insane many times according to this chart.
Gosh, I can completely relate to this post. It's like the very first bite of sugar catapults me into a 5-6 day downward trend. It always take a deliberate effort to get off the sugar. It's never complete just less, if that makes sense. Sometimes, I even have to stay clear of carbs in the mornings until my body adjusts. BAD SUGAR... why don't we learn our lesson?
How wonderful to see you on Half Size Me! Though we've never met I consider you to be a friend. I think you're the only one that shares my excitement about the new Star Trek. Merry Christmas my friend. 2013 is going to be amazing for both of us.
