Weigh In Week 50

This is a gain over two weeks. A reminder that I cannot lose focus for even a very short time.
The only way to do this is with constant vigilance.


  1. Don't get rattled - get focused. You are a pro - this gain is temporary. Stress wreaks havoc, and is not conducive to weight loss. Practice a lot of self care, patience and go back to basics. We are here cheering you on!
