Lost: All motivation. If found return to...

Seriously in a funk.  Fibro flare up is kicking my ass. And I want to stay in bed and shut out the world.

Today's goal is to just track everything and drink water.

Just that.

One day at a time.

  4. Come on Enz - You can do it! This is just a blip. You know you are so worth the healthy food, the walk, the day. You are such an inspiration to me personally. We struggle, but we also succeed. You will do better, and keep blogging, keep trying - find someone local to connect with... Don't eat your bad day!
