Strangely, I had very little appetite today. I ate a lot more protein and a lot less carbs, and skipped the fruit – there’s a definite correlation there.

So glad it’s the weekend. Tomorrow is weigh-in day and I’m looking forward to the WW meeting.

Awesome show! I knew you could do it. I'm really impressed with how well you've been able to do calorie wise. I'm inspired to look at options for upping my protein (although my go too is always nuts or eggs so I think its more bored eating than hunger eating)

Great! Yo! Is it just me or do you always tend to feel less hungry when the carbs are low and the protein is high?

I love that feeling. It's like carrying around a golden egg that weighs absolutely nothing.

What the hell am I talking about?!
