Couch 2 5k, week 1 completed.

I ran outside today. Definitely harder on my knees, but not impossible.

Off to have a shower, will write more later.

  1. Running outside is definitely harder on the knees.

    Consider running outside one day a week for a bit and then building it up so you don't "shock" your knees too much.

    I had a pretty bad knee injury this summer..
