Thursday Check In

Just a quick note to say today is going alot better. Bringing food and planning my meals has definitely saved me this morning.

I woke up in a lot of pain but just eating properly and knowing I'm taking care of me is helping me feel better.

  1. Oh, I missed your last post - what a tough day! Ugh! And what a downer about that pulled thigh muscle - ouch!

    Glad you are having a better day today, rest that leg and the C25K will be easier next time.

  2. Bummmer about your leg. Be sure to ice it and have a nice warm bath with epsom salts. Don't worry about not getting out on it. The best thing to do is rest it until it is better.

    I am glad that today is better than yesterday. It is amazing to me that we can find comfort in knowing that we are taking care of ourselves.
